These Terms govern your use of troymaritime.com and any agency services requested from TRoy Maritime Agency™ (TRoyMAR™), ABN 30 302 098 137 (“we,” “us,” “our”).
Our service
We provide real port agency, husbandry, and (case-by-case) chartering/brokerage services. An enquiry submitted through this site or by email is not a confirmed agency appointment — we confirm scope, availability, and fees directly with you before any engagement begins.
Fees
Agency fees are quoted per vessel, trade, and scope of service, confirmed directly with you before any engagement.
Liability
We act as agent on your behalf in coordinating third-party service providers (pilotage, chandlery, customs brokers, etc.). To the extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for the acts, errors, or omissions of these independent third parties.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Northern Territory, Australia.
